AL11142D4x128G Linear Modulator Driver

The AL11142D is a low power, high performance Quad-channel linear modulator driver for 800G/1.6T Ethernet PMD with PAM-4 modulation format. The AL11142D integrates Quad driver with SPI circuitry for DC controls on a single die. Each channel of driver has 100Ω differential DC-coupled input and an open collector output stage to drive 60Ω or 100Ω differential terminator. The linear output voltage of AL11142D has 3.0Vppd for 60ohms differential termination which is suitable for Silicon Photonics modulators and TFLN modulators.
